We were swindled in a mobile home purchase and can not find an attorney to get our money back. To make a long story short, we bought the mobile home site unseen fro NH and we were told the moble home was totally remodeled and just move in ready. We even had a home inspection, but ended up having to spend an additional $50,000 to fix things things!

At some point, can we address CalPERS forcing retirees out-of-state to buy bloated “premium” health insurance (or, drop out and go through the Marketplace site) when in-state retirees still get offered reasonably-priced options? Almost 30 years of work and I have to get catastrophic-only insurance because CalPERS wants to screw over people who got the hell out of CA when they retired?

We bought a new 2022 Keystone Premier 30RI travel trailer from Camping World in Springfield, Illinois in May 2022. July 2022 the drivers side slideout had a roof leak while we were camping. Camping world got with Keystone to replace the roof membrane. I requested for them to remove the flooring and interior wall of the drivers side slideout to make sure there was no mold. Keystone denied this request. Camping World did a mold air test that came back negative. October 2023, the drivers slideout roof leaked again. I bought a mold air and surface kit as my belonging showed mold on them. Camping World said they will take a look at it and see what they can do. Currently my mold samples are with a company for lab results. We have been camping several times this year and I have developed allergies due to mold and other health issues which I did not have prior to getting this camper. It doesn’t seem like Camping World is really going to do anything for us. So we are currently checking into an attorney to represent us. Do you have any recommendations?

I would like more info, this company’s responses to repairs is insanely slow. Took them 5-6 months to replace a faulty part.

The communication is the worst and there process is always in question.

We are the victims of Selene unfair and deceptive banking for over a year, no time lines on modifications, dropped, five complete packages submitted at their advice. Refused to allow us to speak with point people, illegal acceleration letter after 30 days of missing a payment due to COVID. Contradictory information, a large evidentiary trail of misleading These people are out of control and apparently getting away with it. I have researched all the regulations to monitor disreputable Mortgage services and with us they are a handbook for unfair, unethical and deceptive practices.

I have had bad times with semper solaris my complaint was communication . Many three way calls my representative myself and solar mosaic i have cancer advanced was on radiation therapy and chemo i told them at semper solaris and at solar mosaic the finance company they use after straightening things out with mosaic finance more or less not two hours semper solaris installed me in green sky finance they can take out for repair . I never asked for green sky finance i dont want it i have texted their office demanding the take my name off that contract . I have my own bank and good credit card . This has been a bad experience If they charge anything else im in line for law suit against the individual persons involved thank you bits been their call i dont know if labor problems or ?
